With the ultimate sacrifice in Avengers: Endgame fans thought they'd no longer be able to see Robert Downey Jr.as Ironman, but more discoveries are yet to come.

Deadline's Geoff dropped a bombshell by saying that "Robert Downey Jr. will be seen in the role of Stark one more time, however, in the Marvel prequel 'Black Widow' in May 2020." The movie is based on Black Widow aka Scarlett Johansson, who is a Russian spy and assassin who has a change of heart and becomes an agent of S.H.I.E.L.D.The movie takes place before the events of Avengers: Infinity War, which means Tony was alive back then. Previously he has made an appearance in the Civil War as well as Spiderman: Homecoming.

"Black Widow" is helmed by "Lore" and "Somersault" filmmaker Cate Shortland. The supporting cast includes David Harbour, Florence Pugh, Rachel Weisz, O-T Fagbenle, Ray Winstone, and Olivier Richters. Disney will release "Black Widow" in the U.S on May 1, 2020.
