Friday Release: Nushrat Bharucha -Ayushmann Kurrana’ Dream Girl

By Bombay Talkies 09 23, 2019 | 05:46 AM
A Quirky Situational Comedy that Will Make You ROFL!

After his groundbreaking performances in Andhadhun, Badhaai Ho and Article 15, Ayushhmann Khurrana is back with another eccentric character, in Dream Girl.  Going by the hype created by the trailer of the film, the trade analysts are expecting the film to perform well at Box Office, on the opening day itself.

Dream Girl is a comedy of errors that is set against the backdrop of Mathura. Having blessed with a melodious voice, jobless Karamvir Singh (Ayushmann Khurrana) finds himself the job of a female telecaller in a friendship centre run by women.

Because of his inherent talent of role-playing, he often dressed up as Radha or Sita in local plays and awed the audience with his talent. The mesmerizing voice of Pooja, aka Karamvir, soon attracts a long queue of lonely men desperately seeking his love and attention.

Dream Girl might be one of the biggest releases of Ayushmann Khurrana because it appears to be a family entertainer. The film also stars Pyaar Ka Punchnama and Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety fame, Nushrat Bharucha, Annu Kapoor, Vijay Raaz, Abhishek Bannerjee, Nidhi Bisht, Rajesh Sharma, Manjot Singh and Raj Bhansali. The humorous dialogues with Ayushmann Khurrana’s effortless expressions and perfect comic timing definitely make it a fun watch for the weekend.
