8 years of 'Singham': Ajay Devgn shares a heartfelt post thanking Rohit Shetty and his fans

Filmmaker Rohit Shetty's film 'Singham' which released in 2011 has completed eight years and owing to the occasion, Ajay Devgn, who aced the role of a cop in the film took to social media to thank the director and his fans for all the love.
The huge success of the film lead to its sequel 'Singham Returns' which was released in 2014. The 'Singham' franchise has become one of the most popular franchises in Bollywood which even includes Ranveer Singh starrer 'Simmba'. Not only that but even Akshay Kumar is all set to take the franchise ahead with his upcoming film 'Sooryavanshi'. Meanwhile, on the work front, Ajay is currently busy with his upcoming projects, ‘Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior’ and ‘Bhuj: The Pride of India’. Apart from these, he will also be part of SS Rajamouli’s ‘RRR’ which also stars Alia Bhatt in a pivotal role.
